Brian is a dynamic entrepreneur in the financial services industry, serving as the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Ascendancy Financial Group. After establishing his financial planning practice early in his career, Brian initially founded Ascendancy Wealth Management in 2014, and quickly grew the firm into an Elite Advisory Group active across the East Coast, Florida, and Colorado. Additionally, he serves as the Complex Asset Manager for Equitable Advisors' Atlantic Liberty Complex, overseeing multiple branch offices throughout the Northeast.

In 2024, Brian established the Ascendancy Training Center in Monmouth County, NJ, which supports youth sports training and has become home to the Ocean Surge Baseball and Softball programs. Inspired to dedicate more time to his community during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020,  he has successfully developed these programs into a well-known brand throughout the Northeast since that time. The training center is open to dedicated athletes of all ages, and features our local professional players as trainers and coaches, often hosting specialized events to enhance athletes' skills.
