how it works

SUBMIT INTEREST

Reach out at least 2 weeks in advance of the tournament weekend you’re available.

WE BUILD THE ROSTER

We collect interested players and build a competitive team.

ROSTER & TOURNAMENT CONFIRMED

Once a full roster is locked in, we confirm the tournament.

INVOICE SENT ONLY WHEN CONFIRMED

You’ll receive an invoice only after the team and tournament are confirmed.

NOT ENOUGH PLAYERS BY 5 DAYS BEFORE?

No payment is due. The team does not move forward.
